Danza Xochitl Pahtli

August 2, 2010 through August 6, 2010, Curanderos/ras from Cuernavaca Mexico will present at CU Health and Sciences Center, Metropolitan State College of Denver and offer two Community Health Fair Days.

Many of these presentations and health fairs are free and open to the public.

2009 Event 02

Presentations and demonstrations discuss health from the Curanderismo perspective regarding illness, causes, symptoms, prevention and treatment. Healing modalities include Meso American Sobadas, herbal remedies, sound & healing, laugh therapy and more.

Curar, means to heal and Curanderos/ras are “Healers” using ancient indigenous healing practices.

For many the medicine was reintroduced and for others it was a confirmation of the value and useful healing practices that are woven into the culture that were never lost.

2009 Event 03

This medicine is not defined by state lines, country border or categories but is an ancient health model that is as fluid as the Ancestral Love that flows throughout the universe.

Who Should Attend . . .

Many of these presentations and health fairs are free and open to the public.

Anyone interested in experiencing the universal power of ancient indigenous healing practices is encouraged to attend.
